Learning and Development Trainee

We are looking for a recent graduate or a student in their final years of study who is enthusiastic about technology and learning and would like the challenge of being part of JYSK’s global L&D team.
The position is part-time (25h or 30h) and the duration of the employment is 1 year.
The position is based in Bozhurishte, Bulgaria but is part of the Global Learning & Development team.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
- Handle Learning Management System (LMS) tickets for all JYSK countries, resolving issues promptly.
- Update existing training materials.
- Support the implementation of new training materials.
- Administrative tasks related to project management and organization of classroom training.
- Maintain relevant training related data.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
- Excellent level of English, both written and verbal
- Ability to quickly learn new software
- Detail oriented individual with very good communication skills
- Proactive personality
- Team player
