WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As an Operations Manager, you will be successfully managing and developing the efficient and cost-effective operations and respectful people management of the warehouse / distribution center.
You are located in the Distribution Center in Bozhurishte (DCB).
You will report directly to the Logistics Director of DCB and in matrix to Operations Director Logistics, JYSK. You will be part of the Distribution Center Management team and get the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of operations and some of the best management tools will be at your disposal.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Continuous improvement of warehouse operations and service standards.
- Managing inbound and outbound activities related to stock replenishment, order-filling, shipping.
- Creating and implementation of the operational budget.
- Developing and building close manager-coach relation with employees in order to give them strong support and motivation.
- Developing productivity, inventory management, accuracy and operational excellence towards the internal and external customers.
- Proposing and presenting to the management of the company innovative solutions, KPI's improvements, loss prevention and security programs.
- Enforcing all health and safety regulations and training staff when necessary.
- Leading and/or participating in various projects.
- Building partnerships with business partners and subcontractors.
- Improving processes and procedures.
- Headcount planning and cooperation with temporary staff agencies.
- Supervising the external warehouses.

WHAT YOU MUST TO BRING
- You are an experienced Operations professional with a solid track record from an international company
- Proven leadership experience as an Operations or Warehouse Manager for at least 3 years
- You are result-driven, proactive and with strong communication and coaching skills
- Have logical and practical approach in order to get things done, you always strive for reaching next level and improve processes
- You prefer to work independently and take responsibility for own area in order to meet deadlines
- Fluent level of English (both written & verbal) and good computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
