YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Maintenance, supervision and control of the building infrastructure and equipment with a team of Facility specialists and number of service suppliers.
Maintenance in full efficiency of the key systems and installations: electricity, water supply, heating and air-conditioning, fire detection, fire extinguishing, security and access control systems, etc.
Responsibility for building maintenance and forklift fleet budget.
Exploration, verification, and settlement of conditions with service providers for technical services - e.g., fire alarm and fire extinguishing system, BMS, CCTV, access control, landscaping, cleaning, etc.
Maintaining the contracts and agreements for services and materials and monitoring the performance of services ordered.
Utility charges management and control.
Coordination over planned works and repairs.
Planning, implementation supervision of periodic reviews for the key installations. (HVAC, fire suppression, lifts, etc.) as per the local regulations and corporate standards and obligations.

WHAT YOU MUST TO BRING

University degree in Engineering (e.g. Electrical, Mechanical or Automation), Construction or another technical related area
Ideally 3-5 years of facility management/maintenance experience
Experience in managing subcontractors in the areas of responsibility
Decisive, pro-active and flexible personality
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and communication skills
Good knowledge of written and spoken English
Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
